The Wednesday Group consists of like minded people who enjoy life and enjoy motorcycles, often at the same time. We are based in Cheshire, although we do have members who come from further afield such as Blackburn in Lancashire and Oswestry in Shropshire.

Throughout the year we meet for a pub lunch in a variety of locations, usually somewhere off the beaten track, once a month but always on a Wednesday. During the Spring and Summer months we also get together for a ride on our motorcycles, again once a month but on a different Wednesday.

Our rides take us over many of the backroads of Derbyshire and Staffordshire moorlands where the landscape is majestic and the roads have hardly changed in more than a hundred years - excellent motorcycle country. We also venture over the border into Lancashire and Shropshire and we cannot get enough of the magnificent scenery that Wales has to offer, and its right on our doorstep.

The rides usually take the form of a leisurely start around 9.30am, a stop for morning tea around 11.00am ish, a pub lunch and an afternoon coffee stop somewhere interesting. Most of these establishments are quiet mid week and are happy to see us and offer a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
